There are some important questions to ask your venue to ensure no issues arise before, during, or after your event. Always be sure to clearly communicate with all vendors and supply vendors with a point of contact at the venue.

1. Does the venue require set up?

Some venues have staff to set up your chair rentals, tables, and linens. However, some require the rental company to set up. Set up is not included with rentals and must be added onto the order.

2. Is a specific delivery date/time required?

Many venues have strict delivery and pick up guidelines. Be sure to ask your venue if your rentals are required to arrive at a specified time. Our standard delivery does not provide guaranteed delivery dates or times.

3. Is same day pick up required?

Standard delivery fees include an as scheduled pick up the following business day (for weekend events, this is done on Monday). Check with your venue if they require a specific pick up as this is an additional cost and must be added to your order at least 1 week in advance
4. Do you need a COI?

Ask your venue in advance if they require a certificate of insurance from your vendors
5. What size are your tables?

When renting linens, ensure that you know the exact size tables your venue is providing
6. Can you switch out the chairs?

Many venues provide banquet chairs with their rentals, however, you will most likely need chair covers and sashes. At a similar price, you can switch out your chairs for Chiavari Chairs or Padded Folding Chairs.
